Dr Josh’s philosophy of patient care is simply but powerfully to get you better. He wants to help you get rid of your chronic issues, optimize your athletic potential and set you up to thrive…to enjoy your life as fully as possible.
Too long have we accepted the message of the establishment that we must live with our pains and diseases. If you can exert a little hope, take a little chance, the world can open to you. By conditioning the core with adjustments, adding a few quick and easy exercises and a new food or supplement to our lives, the body begins to heal. Improving our lives does not have to be as hard as working out for hours a week. Yoga classes, running, and weight lifting are incredible help for the body, but even they are only optimal in people whose core is pre-conditioned.
Everybody is different. Dr. Josh takes the time with everyone that each person needs. For some this is 5 minutes, for others 2 hours. The goal is not to find ways to charge you more, but to GET YOU BETTER.
